Payment Terms
50% against booking
50% 60 days before the Expo
Cancellation by the Organiser
In case the Expo is cancelled by the organiser, the amount paid by the participant will be refunded.
Cancellation by the Participant
In case the participant cancels the booth, no refund will be provided by the organiser.
Display of Artwork
Each participant is eligible to display their art only within the booth allotted to them.
Staff & Booth Conduct
The exhibitor must have all their staff within the confines of their booth.
